Lentil Patties

I'm going to try adding more photos to this blog. I like blogs with photos. Let's do it!

Here is one of my favourite dinners as of late: roasted small potatoes with steamed kale and asparagus, with a delicious lentil patty I found here. These lentil patties are so SO good, easy to make, fairly quick and keep well. Yum.

Ern, and a beer. Because I like beer. A lot.

I also got an iPhone yesterday, so I expect I'll be taking many more photos. Hopefully good ones.
